Powered by People operates a growing B2B marketplace spanning Marketplace, Maker Portal, and Admin, each evolving independently to meet short-term business needs. The fragmentation accumulated: friction across critical workflows, inconsistent data between surfaces, limited internal visibility, and a maker adoption rate that signalled something beyond a systems problem. A pivot toward dropship brought both needs into focus — a unified architecture capable of supporting multiple roles and a shifting business model, and a brand language clear enough to hold the platform's identity. I worked across both: redesigning the system architecture to create coherence across all three surfaces, and directing the creative output — landing pages, campaigns, and the digital edition of Crafted, a publication I brought from print to screen.
